Magnesium Flakes 3.8oz

Magnesium Chloride flakes, also known as Nigari, originate from Japan. These flakes are simply magnesium chloride that has been heated and then cooled to form a hard sheet of highly concentrated magnesium chloride. The sheet is then broken into small pieces to create the ‘flakes’.

Magnesium chloride is a naturally occurring compound that can be mined from ancient sea beds or found in open-water sources like the Dead Sea. Our Magnesium flakes serve as an easy refill solution for our DIY Magnesium oil spray, but they can also be used separately in a bath. When dissolved in bath water, magnesium chloride allows the magnesium to enter the body through the skin, replenishing magnesium levels. It’s often used in topical applications, such as bath soaks or sprays.

 * For bath soaks, use 1-2 cups of flakes.

* For foot soaks, use 1/2 cup.

* For oil sprays, use 1/2 cup.
