Lemon Balm
Lemon balm, a plant belonging to the mint family, is known for its gentle lemon scent and is often used as an herbal tea. It’s believed to have antibacterial and antiviral properties, as well as the ability to reduce stress and induce sleep. However, more scientific evidence is needed to confirm these effects.
To prepare lemon balm tea, steep 1 tablespoon in hot water for 5 to 10 minutes. It can also be combined with carrier oil or honey for infusions, added to a water bath or potpourri for aromatherapy, or soaked in a suitable medium for several weeks to make a tincture.
Store lemon balm in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
This product contains 100% pure lemon balm, zero additives, zero caffeine, and is 100% natural.
