Damiana Leaf

Damiana Leaf Tea, a pure and natural herbal tea, is free from alcohol, dairy, and gluten. It’s also fair trade, grain-free, halal, ketogenic, kosher, and free from added hormones, nitrates, nitrites, antibiotics, artificial sweeteners, preservatives, and GMOs. This tea is made from Damiana Leaf, scientifically known as Turnera diffusa or Turnera aphrodisiaca. It’s sourced from Mexico and is organic. Damiana leaf can assist with digestive health, respiratory support, lower blood sugar, and be used as a blood purifier. 

To prepare the tea, steep 1 tablespoon of Damiana Leaf in hot water for 5 to 10 minutes. It can also be used as an infusion by combining it with carrier oil or honey. For aromatherapy, add a few drops to a water bath or potpourri. Tinctures can be made by soaking the Damiana Leaf in a suitable medium for several weeks, or faster with the use of a double boiler.
