Blue Lotus Whole Flower

The Botanical Name for our organic  blue Egyptian Lotus is Nymphaea caerulea. Its Origin derives from Sri Lanka.

Directions:

Tea: Steep 1 Tablespoon in hot water for 5 - 10 minutes

Infusions: Combine with carrier oil or honey

Aromatherapy: Add to water bath or potpourri

Tinctures: Soak in suitable medium for several weeks (faster with use of double boiler)
