Mugwort
Mugwort, a botanical name for Artemisia vulgaris, is an organic herb originating from Albania, the Czech Republic, and Hungary. Traditionally used as a tea for various purposes, including stimulating digestion and increasing blood circulation, mugwort is also known as Chrysanthemum Weed.
To prepare mugwort tea, steep 1 tablespoon in hot water for 5 to 10 minutes. It can also be combined with carrier oil or honey for infusions, added to a water bath or potpourri for aromatherapy, or soaked in a suitable medium for several weeks to create a tincture.
Mugwort is stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. It contains 100% pure mugwort, zero additives, zero caffeine, and is entirely natural.
